If you’re not happy with your purchase, please contact us right away and we’ll do our best to fix the problem for you! Your satisfaction is our number one priority!
By placing your order, you agree to our terms of use and are aware of our shipping policy.
Cancellation & Modification
Before placing an order, make sure that all the information in your shipping address is correct. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming all order details.

Your order is eligible to be canceled and modified.
After 24 hours
The order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
Please be informed that:
- Personalized orders are locked for processing right after the order is completed so sometimes it is impossible to make adjustments. Please double check all details before completing the order.
- For modification requests in the holiday season, orders may reach you a little longer than usual. However, it is rare because we always try to complete the changes immediately.
*Note: Please keep in mind that purchasing means accepting all the terms mentioned above.
Free replacement or refund
Making customers return, not our products: We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, you are not required to physically return the item(s) to us and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.
We will take full responsibility within 30 days from order arrival, if the product(s) are:
- Damaged, defective, or otherwise not functioning properly
- Not what you ordered or not as in your Order Confirmation email
- Lost or undelivered, provided the shipping address was accurate
No Refund
The reasons listed below are not included in our Refund and Returns policy. We understand you might feel disappointed, but we are not liable for these issues:
- Printing color-difference (Product color because of printing chromatic aberration, take material object as. CMYK is the color model used in printing; RGB is for digital screens. )
- Request a refund after 30 days of product delivery
- Personal reasons, such as change of mind or no longer wanting the item,… can be decided during shipping or after delivery
- Product damaged from improper use
